Laundry Day!

Happy Mother's Day!

Last Sunday was our first Mother's Day as a family, and we celebrated big!

Hayden's smile has been growing with each day; he also is using bigger diapers... Rachel is so good with him I just can't help but realize how lucky I am. Hayden has a very contagious smile;

Rachel and I went to a Death Cab for Cutie concert last night at the McCarthy Stadium and it was a blast!



I've been a fan since their Plans LP, but seeing them live along with Ra Ra Riot was an amazing thing, and no Hayden didn't go. I think his first concert will be for Alter Bridge...

Happy Easter!

We celebrated Easter with pizza and ice cream, and of course, more pictures :) Hayden is full of smiles these days, and Grandma taught him to stick his tongue out. He thinks it's hillarious =)

The physical therapist said he has a little bit of a tight neck and it is definitely something that can be fixed. His neck is better and better everyday, and we have a new list of exercises to do with him. Not his favorite, but I have been able to see an improvement since day one of physical therapy (which was friday).

Last week, we went and got him a few new clothes - since he's already into his 3-6 month clothes, and growing at a speed that parallels mock 1. He's 13 lbs! Right on target, according to his doc. He's a big boy :) YAY!!

Zach and I went out Sunday for ingredients to make our own home-made starbucks and grabbed up some blueberry cake donuts while we were there. Yum!! Yay for dates that take place in your livingroom while it's raining with a home-made latte :) I loved it!

Speaking of which, we forget to sign our names a lot to these posts... We'll get better, promise. But for now, all the ones that talk about being a mom... well, those aren't Zach's, they're mine :) And all the ones with hillarious comments - those are his :)
